Educators play an essential role in our development, so it is important to understand in depth how we can help them and equip them with all the tools they need to take care of us and our children. Initial training does not ensure the teacher with the necessary skills in order to help with the socio-emotional development of children and young people.
Teacher workout is an application that offers access to short, interactive courses on topics that cover a wide range of topics from easily identifying children with learning difficulties, to managing complicated classroom situations, integrating children with special needs into class staff and many other micro-training courses of positive habits for the teacher.

Source Code
All code written by the Code for Romania community is open-source. We aim to build, contribute to and encourage the development of Romania's code library to increase the quality of software solutions in the public space and beyond. Open source development increases the quality of the digital infrastructure built by digital actors, reduces costs by reusing code in different contexts, increases transparency, eliminates reliance on single providers and encourages the strengthening of contributor communities among specialists who can report errors or improve components and functionality.
