Code for Romania started out as a community and will always be one first and foremost. Each person that has contributed to the smooth running of the organization or to the development of one of our solutions should have a word to say in the future of the organization. This is why every volunteer who participates, constantly and frequently, in our NGO's staff for a period of at least six months or who helps us deliver one of our solutions can become a full-fledged member of the association.
