We are looking for someone who:
✔️has a strong motivation to engage teams in delivering awesome web & mobile apps that will change the country we live in;
✔️is very organized and can handle multiple projects at the same time;
✔️can work with our UX/UI design team to define, assess and plan the implementation of Code for Romania digital solutions;
✔️has strong background in software engineering as well as prior experience in product management;
✔️has good knowledge of CI/CD concepts and infrastructure, or is keen to gain knowledge in this area of expertise;
✔️feels comfortable in interacting with multiple stakeholders;
✔️manages tight deadlines well and can handle frequent context switches in the work process;
✔️wants to work with very diverse projects in different areas of impact such as healthcare, environment, education and civic participation;
✔️finds a strong motivation in working for social causes and societal development.
