Project Manager Infrastructure for Good • Health & Social
We are looking for an experienced and sociable person who can create the framework for the implementation of Code for Romania solutions in the country, in two specific areas: health and social - vulnerable groups.
This role includes: establishing and developing relations with partners from public institutions and civil society organizations, project management and coordinating the communication around the partnerships.
Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in civil society/public service in the mentioned areas (Health, Social).
Previous experience in project management and partnership management positions.
Required skills: proficient organizational abilities, analytical and objective thinking, proactive approach, initiative.
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, networking and diplomacy skills.
Strong fluency in Romanian and English. Fluency in any other language is a plus.
Strong and compelling public speaker.
Ability to handle a fast-paced context switching environment.
Able to work under tight and occasionally shifting deadlines.
Able to demonstrate vision, while also maintaining flexibility, humility and an “all-hands-on deck” attitude within the team, when needed.
To manifest an interest in the horizontal needs and challenges of the non-profit sector.
To have the right to work in Romania.
About the job:
Works under the coordination of the Civic Labs Director and side by side with other Project Managers.
Builds and maintains relationships with relevant stakeholders for our solutions, public institutions and civil society.
Coordinates the deployment, day to day administration and improvement of Code for Romania solutions.
Participates in the development of the communication strategy for the solutions under your administration and be an active part of the execution.
Plans and coordinates the partnerships in the specific areas, environment & disaster relief management, education.
Actively coordinates with the communications and development departments.
Participates in national events of interest of any kind.

Time: Full-time
Duration: Initially one-year to start, renewable towards potential permanence after first year
